lau persijn is a brussels-based filmmaker and organiser whose film practice engages with marginalised more-than-human ecologies within urban contexts. with a strong focus on listening, they explore film as a tool to question and deconstruct dominant perspectives, working primarily with analogue film and sound.

lau is part of one field fallow, a queer-run space for political organising, community and (artistic) research, as well as ACAB Kino, a self-organised cinema for solidarity, counterculture and resistance.
